1. Service Description

On Signal is an AI-powered personal clarity tool that helps you:

• Conduct daily check-ins to reflect on your thoughts
• Distinguish between actionable tasks (signal) and distractions (noise)
• Track your clarity progress over time
• Engage in voice-based conversations for deeper exploration

3. User Responsibilities

By using On Signal, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not attempt to abuse or manipulate the AI system
• Not share your account with others

4. Subscription & Billing

Free Tier

• 7-day trial with 3 check-ins and 3 questions per day
• After trial: 1 check-in per week, 1 question per day
• No voice input access

Pro Subscription (€9.99/month or €79/year)

• 10 check-ins and 20 questions per day
• 30 minutes of voice input per day
• Proactive coaching and basic support
• Billed monthly or annually via Stripe
• Cancel anytime from your account settings

Ultimate Subscription (€49/month or €449/year)

• Unlimited check-ins and questions (subject to fair use policy)
• 2 hours of voice input per day
• Advanced analytics, custom AI personality tuning, dedicated onboarding
• Priority 1-on-1 support
• Billed monthly or annually via Stripe
• Cancel anytime from your account settings

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis for billing errors.

5. Fair Use Policy

On Signal is designed as a personal clarity and focus tool. "Unlimited" features on the Ultimate plan are intended for genuine personal use aligned with the application's goals: daily check-ins, decision-making questions, and coaching conversations.

Rate Limits (Ultimate Plan)

To prevent automated abuse and ensure quality of service, the following rate limits apply:

• 5 check-ins per 15 minutes
• 10 questions per 10 minutes
• 2 hours of voice input per day

These limits are designed to be invisible during normal use. If you are briefly rate-limited, simply wait a few minutes and try again. There is no daily cap on check-ins or questions for Ultimate subscribers.

Content submitted should be related to personal goal-setting, prioritisation, and decision-making. We reserve the right to review accounts that exhibit patterns inconsistent with the platform's intended use (e.g., automated or bulk submissions of unrelated content).

Accounts found to be in violation may be subject to temporary rate restrictions or service review.

6. AI-Generated Content

The AI coaching and insights provided are generated automatically. While we strive for helpful and accurate responses:

• AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or unhelpful
• You should use your own judgment when acting on AI suggestions
• The AI does not have access to real-time information

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, On Signal and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
